#1 Tech Support Problem...
Question: "My TV is not working.  I press the buttons and sound comes on, but the TV does not."

Answer: This is the most common question we get and answer is usually related to IR (Infra Red) Emitters Typically, the IR Emitter falls off over time or is knocked off by wandering hands or house cleaning staff.  The best way to see if this is the case is to look for the IR Emitter attached to your TV.  If the Emitter is dangling in the air, that is most likely the problem and it simply needs to be re-attached back on the TV from the place it fell off.  Usually there is an area on the TV where the adhesive residue is left or the area is "sticky."  Once the Emitter is re-attached in the same location, the TV should now operate as designed in the system.
Note: IR Emitters are often present on all of your equipment.  If there are devices that are not reacting to the program when the remote buttons are pushed, more than likely an IR Emitter has fallen off the: TV, Receiver, DVD Player, etc., and simply needs to be put back in the proper place.
